I went to the Stockwatch database for Participant search results.It is always accurate up to date.It shows no disclosure that the investment of shares was disposed.So if the shares were disposed it would clearly show sold asset

2012-08-15 Was disclosed as an investment of Co

 2012-08-12 Was disclosed as an investment of Co
2012-08-12 Bought an asset from Co


For the record SW database shows CCB roles for participants that UBR was holding its shares as well with no indication of selling.

2012-08-12 Was disclosed as a vendor to Co
