UBR was selling shares for the first 6 months of 2014 it appears by their financials.All I need to see now is the news that was given to allow this as the sale of Ashbury and the terms of sale are and where material news.If the deal was changed amended all shareholders should be made privy to this information.If it is out there great.Show us a link chief to put it to bed.....UBR shows it was dumping into that well timed run to 30 in the spring of 2014.Convenient eh?
