Annual low on Nikkei, 14569.43 intra-session, was achieved
last night and closed at 14799.4. (This action is despite Nov.17 intervention that pulled index 8.8% off session lows of 14966.13.)
Low on Nikkei since 12/31/90 is 14194.40 occurring on 8/19/92.
