As you know, this doesn't affect the short position at all!! That 'insurance policy', those certs.....those will insure your investment. If they drop the price too low many of us are going to be buying even more and pressuring for those certificates. If you're a RMIL long, and you demanded your certs , you've insured your investment!! Who do you think has contacted the SEC w/ complaINTS about the co'c assets?, RMIL shareholders? No! Those who are short!! They can drop the price, but they can't run from they're short position.
Also, I've said on this thread that when I contacted the NASD about our long waits for certificates, the NASD rep sent me a letter stating that my complaint about Dempsey Mork and DVBC was defered to the SEC. I called the SEC attorney to remind her that my complaint was due to our long wait for certs, not Mork. She informed me that she couldn't speak of ongoing investigations. I have always said here that account of the situation. I never said more than that about it., Pugs
