Steve, Armin, Uncle Mikey Thanks for keeping the thread alive. Telebras looks real good right now if one can ignore the volatility. I traded it a bit, but if the range is going to be 95-115 and you assume that is some sort of deviation about the mean, then 104 is a good price so now it's just in my long term accounts. Boy have I researched this one to death. I'll have a lot more to say about it soon. You all are doing a great job highlighting many of the key issues IMO. Mike
