And as I've repeatedly said, Obama's DOJ appointment, Eric Holder, has been a complete and utter failure at his job.

He may not have done his job the way you wanted him to......but he's not a complete and utter failure. He raise a lot of $$$ for the US Treasury at a time the US badly needed it.

And let me say......I think there was a banking culture in this country during the Bush administration that was willing to take unusual risks and implement banking measures that were less than ethical. To punish the culture, I think its better to punish the entire system rather than a few individuals.
