I don't believe in shorting strong stocks. So I look at IBD EPS/RS<30. I tend to use a downward break of 89 MA or major support as an entry, looking for a 20% return. GET's E-wave and Fib/Gann tools allow time/price predictions. Too many short because a stock is too high, there is no such thing. Short the weak ones.
