Note that for the 8 criz-naive patients, ORR is 100% with 3 CR's, one-year survival is 100%, and projected 2-year survival is 100%.

So front-line trial should be a lay-up. (But obviously numbers are still small and data is still immature - only 2 of the 8 patients have actually made it to 2 years on treatment so far).
