gary, i'm not worried anymore than i normally am. the charge will be explained. the question is whether ops eps will be impacted negatively by these acquisitions and the asian flu. my guess is $0.20-$0.25 this q and a higher stock price. good luck to us all. btw, i'd love to pick up gems at 6 with one caveat - fundamentals must still be good :-)
