"Obama won running to the left of Hillary" Oama wasn't running as a progressive. He wasn't running as a liberal. He wasn't running as a populist. Biden, Edwards, Kucinich, maybe Bill Richardson were all to his left. "Obama was running to the left of Hillary.. Exactly what Bernie is doing right now." Not hardly. Obama was running to the right of the 3 or 4 above, and Bernie is running to the left of any candidate in the last 3 centuries, except maybe Debs or somebody I don't know about. Left of McGovern? Yup. That's great... for me. For most of the country? I doubt it.
