There is NO CHANGE IN SHARE COUNT TO THE HOLDERS OR THE COMPANY.

THE CHANGE IS FOR BETTER RECOGNITION IN THE MARKET PLACE AND TRADING FLOOR. Its all good and will help in sales and stock appreciation.
