Investors in RE rebuilding are not the demons. Where did I say that. It was WE who bought up all the dilapidated and abandoned properties then spend lots of money rebuilding, putting people to work and providing nice remodeled homes at affordable prices. I was talking about Wall Street, hot hedge fund money from the likes of Blackstone and financial engineering my old friend not me or anybody on Main Street. What happened to the old Elroy during the GWB years?
