You need to have someone to blame in a situation like this. I can think of two perfect kick dogs that can soak up some of this adverse political pressure.

(a) George Bush.
(b) Tony Blair.

If it wasn't for these two guys, there probably wouldn't be a refugee problem from

(c) Syria.
(d) Afghanistan
(e) Iraq.
(f) Libya

et al.

or the problem would just be a small fraction of what it currently is.
