Look Tim, if this recovery started off weaker than other requirements, its because its been done exclusively with private sector jobs........not govt jobs. Only in the last year have local govts started to hire.......very slowly. Your Rs still have fed jobs frozen so nothing is happening there.

In prior recoveries, gov't was hiring at the same time as the private sector.

Despite that OBVIOUS drag coupled with the economic drag in the rest of the world, this recovery is getting stronger.

So you don't have an argument. Sorry.

Instead of criticizing the Obama administration, you should be embarrassed at how piss poor the recovery was under Bush where there were not similar constraints.
