Ok, first of all I own a lot of SFAD stock. What I am interested in is if this is a PUBLICLY traded company, isn't there some kind of rule/regulation that we the public should be able to access them in some way?

Does ANYONE know of ANYONE who has EVER spoken to these people, does anyone know what they are marketing, what their status is, what their plans are?? If we cannot find out this information, is there a basis to file or ask the SEC for some kind of complaint that will stimulate the management off their butts to communicate at least some fundamental information to their stockholders. I mean, when was the LAST stockholder meeting, is there not some kind of rule that enforces this...can they continue to trade shares without ANY stockholder meetings or information releases. How would I begin the process going, as I am willing to do some legwork (short of GOING to where they are located) to find this info out. If I am invested in a scam company, I want to know so that I can do something about the energy I have focused on them. Can anyone help out here??
