Hoov throws UBR under the bus

According to hoov CCB had no knowledge of the UBR selling CCB shares. If this is true they obviously should have nothing to worry about. As for fidicuary duty to shareholders thats a load of goobly gook one case in courts does not assume all are equal.Put your other legal thinking cap on.
I am sure the OSC only has to phone UBR management and ask a few question. When did you sell CCB shares,Why?,Did anyone else know you were selling? Did the agreement you made allow selling when you did? was agreement changed at any time to allow selling 2 years before agreement originally stated.?From there it could go off on any tangent possible or get buried into the TSX time machine of why not to invest in these junior companies of rollbacks, name changes ,property swaps and ultimate failures.

Your assumption that CCB changed the agreement is defamatory on its face. Canada Carbon's duty under continuous disclosure obligations was to report on the status of the Asbury acquisition. It was UBR's duty to disclose their management of the asset which they acquired, the CCB shares and cash.

Canada Carbon had not knowledge that UBR was selling its CCB shares. Unless you can show otherwise, you should retract your allegation."
