According to hoov CCB had no knowledge of the UBR selling CCB shares. If this is true they obviously should have nothing to worry about. As for fidicuary duty to shareholders thats a load of goobly gook one case in courts does not assume all are equal.Put your other legal thinking cap on.

There is an old saying, "Never let your mouth take you where your bank account can't support it".
Its an easy thing to get carried away on a bulletinboard and make statements you assume to be correct. Sometimes we all say something we regret saying. Sometimes all it takes is a gentle warning to get a person back on track. I can say with some reasonable amount of certainty you are very close to pushing that outter edge. Tread carefully. I do not know you or for that matter if you get yourself in the shit unknowingly, however, I also believe you should be warned. Its probably better to carry on the conversation, but pull it back a notch for your own good.

This is not a threat of any sort, please don't take it as such, just reword your comments. They can contain the same sort of content...but when riding the edge, be very choosy as to how you word things. I am mentioning this because you may not be aware you are on that edge IMHO
