No he was not an instructor,,,he was a professor....besides that's what they do instruct.....I'm sure he knows and knew then how many states we have...but contrary to the rights belief that he is indeed the "messiah" he is not....he is subject to brain farts like we all are... (his have been less by far than previous WH occupants)(and (hold on now) he puts his pants on one leg at a time :-)

His records are not sealed...that requires a judge and court order.....he has not released them and doesn't entertain left wing fantasies and demands...he doesn't care and rightfully so that he needs to validate himself to a fringe segment that even when provided records, facts, or anything else would just call them fake....and you know that's true.....why would an elected POTUS lower himself to the insane demands of birth certs and school records form an insane group like the tea party who are irrelevant to him and the majority of the population....the tea party is in no position to validate him as a president or his performance...and to his credit he doesn't care or entertain them...it is beneath him...
