LUVIN IT.Please be advised I consider the last postby chief a threat regardless how he states it is not.Either ban me for a week or ban him I don;t really care but I don't want to respond saying anything which might offend anyone.Silicon investor is a site that seems to run very well and takes pride without allowing these types of intimidation tactis.I will respect whomever you decide to ban from this board for the week but feel one must uphold the rules.My post was repeating a comment made by another SI member and comments on the legal aspect of another case namely BCE just that.Every case in any court in the land is different.saying because it was ruled once in favour of one company does not mean precedence in every cases.Circumstances are different.I will refrain comments on this topic until I get the answer from regulators if any on what they can say happened.If I do I wil post on the board for those interested.Thanks again LUVIN IT.If you suspend me here for the week I will come back no hard feelings.
