I listed reasons in the post.
All you listed in that post was warming up the atmosphere and reducing UV radiation, which doesn't amount to anything other than data points in a gigantic experiment which I just mentioned.
The idea is to pump out enough greenhouse gases to get the temperature up so the rest of the CO2 at the poles would sublimate. That raises the atmospheric pressure to the point of being useful.
Useful for what? You still haven't said what the goal is.
