Good question. I don't think they could legally discriminate. Compusa's money is just as green as anyone elses, but they clearly wouldn't be happy about it. Think about it...these two companies are perfect compliments to eachother and, oh by the way, are both trying to get into eachothers buninesses. With gateways operating history and the capital expenditures necessary to built a retail store base, they would have to consider a business combination. Cost savings would be tremendous and market penetration would be absolute. Excuse me one moment, I have to go place an order.
