Just talked to Sharon Spehar at SanDisk, they sent answers to the first two questions last Wednesday and will send again today. Will receive answers to the next five questions later this week. The problem of non-receipt was apparently on my end. My service provider was up and down all week on ability to receive or send E-mails. Will keep you posted. Sharon said that Seagate holdings of SanDisk is now about 23% since the last stock offering.
