And, that explains the TLR board not communicating with the shareholders... while they're trying to write themselves a blank check to enable doing whatever they want without winning shareholder's approval... as they're planning on throwing shareholders under the bus to do this ridiculous deal with well known market bottom feeders... to enable generating benefits for themselves at shareholders expense. The added certainty of getting screwed over by Waterton... is hardly a "value" any shareholder will appreciate. Who in their right mind would ever invite these guys into the company... or vote for them ? It marks them as another crew of gutless wonders who you should blacklist and never do business with again... I'd rather see the company fire them all and suspend operations... even trade down to a nickel... rather than have them throw in the towel and screw the holders over to take the assets "private" while guaranteeing benefits for the insiders...
