Virtually every large semicon company. The problem is, however, that not all layers require a DUV stepper which would almost certainly use Cymer's laser. The number of layers needed to finish a complex state-of-the-art chip varies but is not usually below 12. As a rule of thumb between 20-40% of layers, so called critical layers, may require the use of a DUV system. The time now is not to try and guess who uses DUV and how many chips are made using DUV steppers. Cymer's fifteen minutes of glory is over for the time being. My guess is that the company may go again when the switch to 300mm wafers gathers speed but then it may not be the current generation of lasers which will push the share price.
have a nice Christmas
