I was going to reply to "sense" last post but at this point it is worthless, except to say that he suggested that TLR would become "road kill" and I think that is exactly what happened yesterday.
Why is management recommending for us stock holders to accept such a ridiculously low offer. What is their motive. The company has to be worth a minimum of 2x this amount and more. Erik Muschinski , Gold Investment Letter, has come out strongly against accepting this offer and he gives many valid reasons of why the stock is worth much more than the current offer. I agree with him and will vote NO on acceptance and HOPE for a better offer or just plain rejection of the current offer. This offer represents 4.83 cents per share pre reverse split. To those that bought at the low price of 30 cents, recently, you did good, but don't hold this against us longs that paid way too much for this stock. We are bitter and angry and will do what we can to get back at least a little bit more. Thank you and good luck to all us longs (and broke!).
And to sense, I sure hope you don't try to say that this represents a good offer because it is at a good premium to the recent price. Look at the facts, this stock is worth a lot more. Read Erik Muschinski's post, he has the facts. Or do you work for TLR?
