How do you know???? You are totally clueless, man! All theory, no experience! I broke my hip in a traffic accident only 26 years old. A truck turned left on me when I came downhill on a bike. I had the choice, truck or a flight over the load of it. I took the latter and landed head-on on the street like 12 feet ahead, Managed to protect my head by holding up my arms in front. A long and interesting story. But not that painful at the site. The medic who fixed it no doubt a genius, never had a real problem since then. But no running for me, biking OK, but no loading from running. /Taro
