Ellen,

I don't mean to be "mean", but you are still thinking in a slighty naieve perspective.

15C-211 requires the company to have ALL financial information updated and each mmkr must submit that they have met the requirements of 15c-211... ie: fully reviewing all current information.

RMIL will have to not only hold off the SEC "dogs" subpoenaing pertinent information, spending their money on qualified legal representation (retain the best guys.. it's an investment in the future), but they will have to convince their equity partner that they are still a current and viable entity while under the scrutinizing eye of the SEC.

I don't think the SEC would have taken this action unless they have a pretty solid case sewn up. They don't like spending money on no return scenarios. And one of these investigations can cost the government well into the 7 figure price.

We'll see.. but unless this company can present some compelling reasons to mmkrs, you all have your dresser drawers full of expensive wallpaper.

And Riley.. I strongly suspect they will be subpoenaing your trading records as well as your bank accounts. Get your documents ready and pray you have nothing to hide.

Regards,

Ron
