And then there was the PDB citing increased activity. But his focus was on invading Iraq. So he couldn't be bothered to step up surveillance or do anything at all so there could be actionable intelligence.

Don't y'all get sick of covering up for him? He failed at his job. Now true, the attacks might have gone through even with an increase in effort. But he didn't even try.
