i would say a negative zero!

also, it seems as though nabi's 20 million investment in their SAPS
system will reduce the work force in the near future. the street will look at this as a positive, i'm sure. not a 100% positive the layoff is a result of SAPS but at the time it was announced that this program was being invested in, it seemed as though a lot of money to be throwing into a system that WOULD NOT produce a decrease in work force!
