I understand your experience as I was in head on collision in 1997.......everything seemed to move in slow motion as I watched the other car coming around a curve with his right front wheel off the road which caused him to lose control and fishtail into me so that he hit me head on...I tried to move as far to the right as I could but it was a two lane road with a guard rail...I could feel my head snapping forward and then backward.....I could see in slow motion the hoods of his car and of my car folding up and in toward the windshields....when we stopped moving I could feel myself almost passing out and hearing he guy in the other care screaming "baby, my baby".....I thought for sure his baby was killed..... I stayed in my car until the ambulance arrived.....when they pulled me out, I knew my right knee was badly injured.....I had other injuries but the knee needed surgery. The baby he was referring to was his girl friend who slammed her head into the windshield breaking it... Definitely a moment to remember....
