Thank you for your insightful reply. I am sorry I took your previous post as a TLR supporter. I agree with all you said but unfortunately I do not feel that our sentiment means anything. In most, if not all, of my voting on stock issues I have found that the recommendation of the management always get passed. No matter how bad it is, it still passes. Second, in terms of suing, I feel that the only ones that make out in this case are the lawyers. The stockholders get a small pittance. So, what does this mean is that in my opinion we are shafted and once again the crooks get away with stock holder money. I will lose a bundle in this deal but I was the one dumb enough to hold on to this stock based on a promise and recommendations of advisers that I paid. I feel that for management to recommend this bad offer that there has to be "behind the scenes" $$$ taking place. The only good thing about this whole slaughter is that I will be rid of this worthless, ^&*(%$ stock. So sad but too bad and who cares!
