Nothing much has changed, which is of course the problem, no permits no capex ... cash position down somewhat, shareprice down a lot
In re permitting - this is not a nasty ugly toxic type of mining - while it will be open-cast it will also be shallow, the ground can be returned to good pasture condition on an ongoing rolling basis, at any given time there shouldn't be overmuch acreage being actively mined ... neither mine nor mill should have any negative effect on groundwater ... it's just not a trickey one, so JK's paragraph on the permitting people strikes me as quite credible, at the same time i do wonder if other motivations, and/or other entities, might also be involved in the delay |
