Only Jeb isn't like most of us. He was born into one of the richest and
most powerful elite families in America, and lived and was schooled
in privilege and most certainly was taught and persistently reminded
by family and the circles they traveled in that he wasn't like anybody
else - he was a Bush and was being groomed to lead (meaning to
have power and control over the rest of us).
