If by 'go under' you refer to the usual concept of running out of money and being bankrupt, no. I don't recall the burn rate off the top of my head, but I believe they have a couple of years of cash, based on my last conversation with Elkan Gamzu (2 weeks ago). Current valuations of biotech companies have very little to do with anything other than negative investor sentiment plus tax loss selling. The fact that the Cerestat for stroke Ph III was given its official coup de grace added a little Teflon to the downward slope. NeuroInvestment
