Cymer's fifteen minutes of glory is over for the time being. Not so fast, David. Why do you say this? If virtually every large semicon company will be using DUV in 20-40% of wafer layers, that amounts to a lot of DUV lasers used to accomplish this. Are you saying that the need is already met by the few hundred DUV lasers already shipped? Akins has been stating the need as 600+ DUV lasers per year for several years. If you don't agree with his estimate tell us why. Tulvio
