Kevin, Stock buybacks are good when they in fact happen, but the point Ron was making I believe is that companies often announce possible stock buybacks but then they never materialize. Some companies use announcements like this as a gimmick. As a result the street can be somewhat skeptical. I have every confidence that RADAF means what it says, and I have no reason to doubt them, but to the street this sort of thing can often mean little until there is proof. It would be nice if it had an impact of discouraging shorting. Proof of the buying back would probably help in that regard, so I'd love to see it happen.

The level at which RADAF would start buying is what I am curious about. According to the cc the last time they seriously considered buying back was on 10/28, when the stock briefly tanked to 10. It would be nice if a less dramatic decline than that could trigger some significant buying back.
