Well, again, they (management & ACCO) have said they will attempt to acquire the rest of the stock, and after reading the tender circular for the third time, I am not comforted. The circular says that ACCO will attempt to do a subsequent transaction on the remaining stock, and their intention is to offer the same price as the original tender offer. They also said that they intended to try voting their already acquired shares as minority shares!?!?!

I have to admit, the gall of that statement is incredible and seemingly illegal. They basically have said that in their opinion the remaining shareholders won't really get a vote on whether they get to keep their shares or what price they will get. I have to admit, the more I read statements like that, the more I intend to keep the stock NO MATTER WHAT PRICE I AM OFFERED BY THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT!!!

Your statement about seeing who runs the show at Gravis now is a good point. The whole tone of the management may change, especially once a new chairman is appointed. I guess we will just have to (cynically) wait and see.
