According to investor relations (303/294-0427). 1) the company's second SEC filing re: the reverse split has been received. Apparently, the SEC has not objected to any information contained therein. 2) the company's shareholder meeting (to approve the reverse action, among other things) is tentatively scheduled for Oct. 25th Yes, I'm a shareholder; just passing along what I know. AK
