the Saudis(17 of the 19 attackers were Saudi) are "entertaining the attackers at their Florid compound while the attackers train to fly the jets into the WTC. Suddenly, days before the attack, they flee. Then Bush grants the Saudis special permission to flee the Country in chartered planes.
