I grant you that the present approval process for new drugs is way too cumbersome, but that isn't what is at play here. He has made it impossible for another manufacturer to demonstrate that its generic is as effective as the original. Do you think that a manufacturer shouldn't have to do that?

Pfizer did something similar when they bumped the price from a dollar a tablet to $13.50. Turing is taking it to a new level.
