When I read stories of "missing money" like that Monkey Man, I quickly envision congressclowns lounging around on an exclusive beach somewhere, soaking up the sun, downing pina coladas, and spending every penny of that money on luxury whores and other illicit pleasures, one kickback and bribe at a time. -nfg-
