Financial Intranet Will be Fully Reporting Company by
the Second Quarter, 1998

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 22, 1997--Financial Intranet Inc. (OTCBB:FNTN -
news) announced today that as of the second quarter of 1998 the company will be a fully reporting
Bulletin Board stock.

Michael Sheppard, president and Chief Operating Officer of the company, said, ''We want to
assure our shareholders and the investment community that we have already begun the process
necessary to provide full reporting by the 1998 second quarter. Financial Intranet intends to be in
full compliance with any and all regulations that the Securities and Exchange Commission and the
National Association of Securities Dealers may propose in the future.''

This has to be positive and sounded like they wanted investors to know that these changes which Nasdaq intends to kick those companies which are not fully reporting down to the "Pink Sheets" will not include FNTN as they intend to be fully reproting. I LIKE THAT, and I also liked how they ended this release with the note of " nations first proprietary, secured, on-demand data and video financial information network that links the brokerage and mutual fund industries and connects both to the individual investor."
