Either an intelligent designer or some force or principle that is so far unknown to science. "My ID?" Being Christian I read in Genesis 1 that God commanded the earth and waters to bring forth living things. And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life .... And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind .... The mechanics of how that command was fulfilled isn't identified. One can speculate that angels were delegated to fulfill the command or some mechanism we don't know about. There's also no reason to think these were one time commands and aren't still in force. Just my thinking.
