BellBoy, I saw that line about "uncertainty surrounding the realization of the NOL and credit carryforwards in future returns" and started laughing <G>!!!! This means (to paraphrase Richard Daley) "Sell Early & Sell Often"! BTW, did you look at the cash flow for MatriDigm. It looks like they sucked down $17.5M in cash in the last 12 months - but ZIT & BRCP only invested $5.5M - yet, there seems to be little dilution in ZIT's ownership to account for the other $12M.
