The stock that is bought in, if any is, can go into the treasury and:

1) sold, in the future, or
2) used for possible acquistions of other companies, or
3) used for employee stock options being exercised in the future.

Anyone familar with the possibilities in #2 and #3? I would guess Radica is more on someone else's radar screen rather than vice versa. As for stock options, I have no idea of the width and depth of the company's use of this incentive.
