Jean, With these numbers you gave on how long it took to install the cell sites for cellular industry, the PCS market has a major problem. With QCOM's pe they can't afford to many more delays and this may effect Nextwave even more. Are the other parts of the world also having the same problem ? In a announcement I received out of PCS96 it said antenna sites in Europe are no problem. I guess they can do pretty much what they want. It was also reported that 95 % of the necessary cell sites in California have been obtained for PCS. Sunday's LA times didn't help QCOM's technology either . They listed the top 100 technolgy companys in California and QCOM was rated 99. Jim
