1)NO - I have never bought below 1.25 and sold above 1.75. In fact I
have only bought around the 1.75 level and sold at the 1.25
level...just the opposite. (A losing strategy)

2)NO - I don't know if anyone on this thread has been in direct contact with the company. I have not, although I did own the
stock long enough to get a prospectus, or some materials from
the company.

3)NO - I think that land or disposal acquisitions, and the corresponding charges associated with the purchase of another
facility probably account for the debt.

Remember, if this stock had no debt and great earnings, you wouldn't be "gambling" on a dollar stock. I do think that a pattern can be established on the chart. I think maybe buying at 1 1/8 is the best option and it seems to go down there regularly.
