yup

gettys built a $40,000,000 home here and didn't like it so they "donated" it to Habitat for Humanity and took the $40,000,000 tax break cause the home is a corporate house. The had it dismantled, wrote that off, now are rebuilding a new home on the lot.

Tax payers hosed for $50,000,000 so the gettys can get their rocks off on a a new home after they were unhappy with the first one.
