FF has been my primary browser since using Win 10. I haven't had a single crash or any other instability.

If Druss isn't successful with the uninstall/reinstall process, I'd suspect that one or more of his addons are causing the problem. IF so, he could disable them all, then selectively enable them until the problem recurs.
