I clicked on that article and noticed one of their 'suggestions' was for Americans to consider retirement ABROAD! I'm sure that one will rank high with our retirees - maybe the slogan could be: Work hard all your life, retire, and GET OUT!! "Allowing, and even encouraging, long-term retirement abroad could help us save on eldercare as older Americans use Medicare to pay for (often cheaper) care abroad."
